Two airports, two different logistics. Which to choose when moving with luggage, how long the drive is, and how not to overpay for the first-day transfer.
Two airports: distance and time
The closest to Alanya is Gazipasa airport (GZP), about 40 km east: the drive to the centre is 45–60 minutes. The other is the large Antalya airport (AYT), 120–130 km west, a 2–2.5 hour drive, but with a far wider choice of flights and routes.
If you fly with a connection or from a smaller city, Antalya is often cheaper and easier. Direct seasonal flights often land at Gazipasa — then you're by the sea within an hour of landing.
Moving with luggage: what to consider
When moving for good you usually have more than a tourist: suitcases, electronics, sometimes a pet. Here what matters isn't the ticket price but a comfortable car with luggage space and a driver who meets you at the exit, not 'somewhere in the car park'.
Decide in advance whether you need a child seat, pet transport or a large boot — it changes the transfer type. Group shuttles are cheaper, but with a pile of suitcases and after a flight, a private transfer saves your nerves.
Day one: pickup and keys
The ideal move is when the home is ready before you even fly: you're met at the airport, driven to a flat that already has furniture and appliances, and handed the keys the same day. Then day one is for resting, not panic-searching.
We arrange the pickup at Gazipasa or Antalya, a transfer sized to your luggage and move-in to a ready flat — and if needed start the everyday setup right away: SIM, meters, internet. Send us your arrival date — we'll prepare a turn-key landing.
