Does buying property grant residency in Turkey?
Property with a cadastral value of $200,000+ qualifies for an owner's residence permit. Cheaper properties are still bought for living and rental income, with residency arranged on other grounds. We'll assess your case for free.
What costs come on top of the price?
Title transfer tax (4% of cadastral value, often split with the seller), TAPU fees, document translation and DASK insurance. Usually 4–6% of the property price — we calculate everything before the deal.
Can I buy remotely?
Yes, via notarised power of attorney. We run video viewings, a lawyer closes the deal and the TAPU is registered in your name without your presence.
